What's a task you still do by hand even though a machine could do it?

The pharmacy robot counts my pills faster than I ever could, but I still eyeball every tray before it goes out. It doesn't catch anything the scanner won't. I just trust my eyes more than the number on the screen. Curious what other people hold onto that way, even when it makes no practical sense.
