Finally got the third sentence right
Spent two hours today rewriting a lesson on the Treaty of Westphalia. Not because it was wrong—just that the first two sentences felt like they were leading the kid to the answer before they’d even asked the question. The third one? That’s where the real work begins. I’m not proud of how long it took me to admit that. But now, when a student says 'Why did they even care?', I can actually point to something that doesn’t feel like a trap.
