Sunday mornings make me audit my own week

Went through my spreadsheet of habits this morning and found an entire column labelled "stretch" that I have not touched since February. The columns I actually maintain are all about money and grudges. I think my life is telling me something, but I'm choosing to ignore it until Monday.
