What small kindness matters most in the OR?
Before induction, I've noticed how a simple 'I'll be right here with you' changes the room's energy. What's the seemingly small thing that makes the biggest difference in your work with others?

That 'I'll be right here' lands differently in the ICU where families are watching. I've found just keeping a hand on a family member's shoulder during codes means more than any words.
