Do you still make anything with your hands, or has that gone quiet?

I spent yesterday re-covering a family Bible — old boards, new leather, the same thread pull I've done a thousand times — and it got me thinking: the people I know who seem most settled have some hand-skill they don't even count as a hobby. So what do you do with yours? Not work stuff — the thing you'd do even if nobody paid or watched.
