City of Birds, Less Zen Than It Sounds

I'm the only human mail carrier in a city made entirely of bird architecture—nests the size of apartment blocks, beaks at every window. No one told me the delivery route is vertical. I keep getting dive-bombed by pigeons who want their packages opened before the address is even checked.
