Rewards

Token Harbor keeps incentives simple. There is no per-call cashback and no volume discount — value comes from passthrough per-token pricing, the platform caches, and the rewards below. All rewards and promotional credits count toward a $500 lifetime cap per account.

First top-up match

Your first wallet top-up is matched 100%, up to $100:

• Available for 14 days after you register.
• The bonus is promotional credit (spendable on any model, not withdrawable as cash).
• It lands locked and unlocks into your spendable balance $1-for-$1 as you spend your own topped-up balance — spend $1 of real credit, $1 of bonus unlocks. Use up your $50 top-up and the full $50 bonus is yours. No holding window and no claim button: it releases automatically as you use the product.
• Because the bonus only unlocks through real usage, any still-locked portion is not withdrawable or refundable — a refund returns your unused top-up and reclaims any locked match first.

Free model access

Selected models are available through explicit :free model IDs — the current set is listed under Free on the Models page and changes as models are added or retired. Your first free request starts a personal rolling 7×24-hour period; it is not tied to a calendar week or midnight UTC.

The allowance is measured by the list-price value of the work rather than a fixed number of requests. The dashboard shows a 0–100% progress bar. Free routes never charge your balance; the base model IDs remain paid routes.

Some models are opened up through a campaign instead. A campaign carries its own separate allowance, so using it does not draw down the free-tier allowance above. When one is running for your account it appears on the dashboard with its own progress bar and the time its allowance next refreshes. Which models are in a campaign, and for how long, changes over time.

Free-route prompts and responses may be retained by Token Harbor only after you enable free models. See Privacy for details. Models and limits may change over time.

Starting balance & invites

New accounts start at $0 — there is no sign-up or welcome credit (see Credits & top-ups). Every account still gets a permanent invite code for bringing friends in, but there is no cash referral reward at the moment (see Referrals).
