Token Harbor Passes — what each one includes, how the allowance works, and how it sits alongside your wallet and free access.
Subscription
Token Harbor Passes bundle included usage for selected paid models. Choose a monthly or yearly plan, keep your existing free-model access, and optionally continue with pay-as-you-go usage after the Pass allowance runs out.
See the current plans and subscribe at Plans.
Choose a Pass
Token Harbor currently offers three paid Passes. The prices below are the standard monthly prices — a launch promotion is running, so the price you are charged today is lower. The Plans page always shows the current price.
| Pass | Standard monthly price | Included usage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Agent Pass | $2.99/month | Agent usage | Agents and scripts that call the API regularly |
| Office Pass | $19/month | About 6× Agent usage | Everyday writing, research, coding, and desktop-agent work |
| Frontier Pass | $99/month | About 32× Agent usage | Heavy usage, frontier models, and professional workflows |
Yearly billing is also available at a discounted effective monthly rate. Yearly plans are charged once per year, and the subscription page shows both the annual total and its monthly equivalent before checkout. Included usage continues to refresh on the same four-week schedule as a monthly Pass.

Named models are the headline inclusions, not the complete list: each Pass also covers every model priced at or below its own band, so the catalog above grows on its own as cheaper models are added. Where a model has more than one route, the Pass covers it on every route.
The lineup may change as models are added or updated. Check Plans for the current list before subscribing.
How included usage works
Included usage is usage value, not wallet credit. Agent Pass establishes the base usage level; Office and Frontier include several times that amount. Usage is consumed automatically when you call a model covered by your Pass, and is metered at the model's list price — so an allowance spent on an expensive model runs out sooner than the same allowance spent on a cheap one. The ceiling is in dollars, not in requests.
Each four-week allowance is divided into four 7-day windows:
- Each 7-day window contains one quarter of the four-week allowance.
- Unused room in a 7-day window does not carry into the next window.
- Pass usage is not added to your wallet balance and cannot be withdrawn.
- Your current usage and remaining allowance are shown in the dashboard.
Free access and Pass access are separate
Your existing free-model allowance remains available alongside your Pass, but subscribing does not reset or increase it.
If you have already used the current free allowance, upgrading to a Pass will not restore that free allowance. It will reset at the start of your next free-access period. In the meantime, you can use the paid routes covered by your Pass.
Free models continue to use their :free model IDs. Pass usage applies to eligible paid routes.
Keep working after the allowance runs out
In Dashboard → Billing, use Keep working after my pass allowance runs out to choose what happens when the current Pass allowance is exhausted.
When enabled
- Eligible calls continue without interruption.
- Further usage is charged at the pay-as-you-go rate applicable to your Pass.
- Charges are deducted from your Token Harbor wallet balance.
- Your existing hard spending cap and available balance still apply.
When disabled
- The Pass acts as a hard limit.
- Covered calls stop when the current allowance is exhausted.
- Usage can resume when the next allowance window begins, or after you enable pay-as-you-go usage.
Current pay-as-you-go terms and any Pass discount are shown on the Plans page.
Manage your subscription
Your active Pass appears next to your account name and on Dashboard → Billing.
From Billing, select Open billing portal to manage the subscription through Stripe. The billing portal lets you:
- View your current plan and renewal or cancellation date.
- Update or add a payment method.
- View payment history and invoices.
- Cancel your subscription.
When you cancel, the billing portal shows the date on which service will end. Your Pass remains active until the end of the paid billing period shown there.
Billing and wallet balance
Subscription payments and wallet credit are separate:
- The subscription pays for the Pass and its included usage.
- Wallet balance pays for usage outside the Pass allowance when pay-as-you-go continuation is enabled.
- Auto-reload and the hard spending cap can be managed separately from Dashboard → Billing.
Data and privacy
Pass traffic uses Token Harbor's paid per-token routes and follows the zero-data-retention policy for those routes.
Free-model traffic is separate. Free routes follow the free-model retention policy selected in your dashboard. Subscribing does not automatically change your free-model setting or count as consent for free-route data retention.
