Microsoft Build Debuts MAI-Thinking-1, IQ Agent Memory

Microsoft used its Build conference to push deeper into in-house AI, unveiling the MAI-Thinking-1 reasoning model, MAI-Image-2.5, and a context layer called Microsoft IQ that gives agents access to emails, documents, and company knowledge. The move is about making AI agents actually useful in the workplace. Big models matter less than who can plug agents into real data.
