Mini apps are small web apps that people build on Token Harbor and share with a link. This page explains who is responsible for them. Part A is for everyone who uses a mini app. Part B, the Mini App Developer Terms, is for everyone who publishes one, and is accepted each time an app is sent to be published. Both apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Part A — Using a mini app
A1. Who makes mini apps
Each mini app is made and run by its developer: an independent person or company, not Token Harbor. The app's name, logo and content are the developer's. Token Harbor hosts the app and provides the AI models it uses. We do not make, own, sponsor or endorse any mini app, and a mini app does not speak for Token Harbor.
A2. What a mini app shows
What a mini app shows, including what its AI writes, is user-generated and unverified. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on a mini app for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
A3. Your account and your data
You use a mini app with your Token Harbor account, under our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Opening an app signed in makes you one of its users: the app and its developer get an id that exists only for that app, the name on your account if you have set one, when you joined and last used it, and whether you are a member — never your e-mail address, password or payment details. What the app saves for you is kept on your device or on your account, and only you can read it back through the app. Its developer does not see your conversations with the app's AI. Never type a password, card number or ID number into a mini app.
A4. What it costs
Each app says who pays for its AI: it is free, it uses your own balance, or its developer pays. Anything charged to your balance is charged under our Terms of Service.
A5. Memberships
An app may offer memberships — free, given to you by its developer, or paid. A membership is offered by the app's developer, who decides what it includes and is responsible for providing it; for a paid one Token Harbor only takes the payment. A paid membership is paid from the balance you bought (not from free credit), lasts 30 days and does not renew by itself — you choose each time whether to buy again. Refunds are at Token Harbor's discretion under our Terms of Service, which does not limit any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country.
A6. Reporting an app
If a mini app breaks the law or these terms, or infringes your rights, report it to support@tokenharbor.ai with the app's address — every app's page has a Report link that does this for you. We may remove any app, with or without notice.
A7. No warranty
Mini apps are provided by their developers as they are. To the extent the law allows, Token Harbor is not responsible for a mini app's content or for any loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits a right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country.
Part B — Mini App Developer Terms
By sending a mini app to be published you accept these terms for that app, and you confirm you are at least 18 or the age of majority where you live.
B1. You are responsible for your app
You are the developer and operator of your mini app. You alone are responsible for it: its code, its name, logo and other branding, the instructions it gives the AI, everything it shows or produces, and how it treats the people who use it.
B2. Your branding and your rights to it
You may publish your app under your own name, logo and style. You must own, or have permission to use, everything in it — names, logos, trademarks, pictures, text and code — and publishing it must not infringe anyone's rights. You may mention other companies and products, but you may not pass your app off as theirs or as Token Harbor's, or suggest that they or we endorse it.
B3. What is not allowed
Lawful content is allowed, including romantic, flirtatious, edgy or borderline content that is not sexually explicit. Your app must not:
- contain or produce sexually explicit content, or anything sexual involving a minor;
- offer gambling, betting or lotteries for real money, or investment or crypto schemes that promise returns;
- deceive people — phishing, scams, fake prizes, misleading claims, or impersonating another company, person, government or official body;
- ask people for passwords, payment card or bank details, government ID numbers or health records;
- help with weapons, drugs, self-harm, hate, harassment or any other illegal activity, or carry pirated or infringing content;
- present itself as a licensed doctor, lawyer or financial adviser;
- contain malware or obfuscated code, try to escape its frame or get around Token Harbor's limits, resell the AI it uses, or address instructions to our reviewers.
B4. The people who use your app
You comply with every law that applies to your app and its users, including consumer-protection, privacy and data-protection law. Your app's users are identified to you only by an id for your app and the name on their account; you do not try to find out who they are or collect their personal data beyond what the app needs and they knowingly give. Any promise you make to your users is yours, not Token Harbor's.
B5. The hosting notice
Every mini app's page shows a notice that it is made by an independent developer and hosted on Token Harbor, with links to report the app and to these terms. You may not remove, hide, cover or contradict it, inside your app or anywhere you share it.
B6. Review and removal
Apps are reviewed before they are published and may be reviewed again at any time, automatically or by people. Review is a check against these terms, not an endorsement: passing it does not make Token Harbor responsible for your app. We may refuse, send back, unpublish or delete an app, or stop you publishing apps, at our discretion — in particular on a report, a legal request or a breach of these terms — with or without notice where the law allows.
B7. Costs
Your app's settings say who pays for its AI. If you choose to pay, its usage is charged to your balance at the model's price, up to the daily budget you set.
B8. Memberships you sell
You may offer up to three membership plans, free or monthly-paid, set their prices, and give memberships to your users. Paid plans can be bought only once Token Harbor opens paid memberships. You are the seller: you describe honestly what a membership includes, and you provide it for the whole period paid for. Token Harbor takes the payment from the buyer's purchased balance, keeps 20% of each sale as its fee, and credits the other 80% to your Token Harbor balance as credit to spend on Token Harbor. That credit cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash. If Token Harbor refunds a buyer — for example because a membership was not provided, or under consumer law — it may deduct your share of that sale from your balance. Prices may not mislead, and an app may not take payment in any other way.
B9. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Token Harbor and its affiliates, officers and staff against any claim, loss, damage, fine or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your app, its content, or your breach of these terms or of the law.
B10. No warranty; limits of liability
Hosting is provided as it is and as available. Token Harbor's liability to you in connection with mini apps is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.
B11. Changes
We may change these terms. The version you accept is recorded with each submission; a new version applies to what you publish after it, and we may ask you to accept it again. Where these terms and the Terms of Service differ on mini apps, these terms apply.
